After watching, Hungry for a Change yesterday, I continued my healthy refresher weekend with the movie, Forks over Knifes. I have learned to be cautious with documentaries and their biases to make sure I research the theories on my own after they have been presented to me. Forks over Knives presented a bushel of research on Cancer prevention and reversal, following the theme of eating more greens rich in whole plant based foods. It’s exhilarating to learn new ways to stay healthy and to have more energy to further one’s imprint while they are still on this planet. I enjoyed watching both movies with my family and discussing afterwards ways we can improve our health.
