Piccolo’s Books has donated nearly two million Children’s Books to impoverished neighborhoods worldwide over the last few year.
Our Gift of Knowledge Program helps children, schools and libraries with Free Books and Fund-Raising Opportunities in an effort to help further the education of our children; our future.
Mr. Lewis constantly donates Children’s books to ensure Education is Free and Available to those with a desire for higher learning and recently donated over 200,000 Children’s Books to Builds Libraries, Help Schools and Orphanages in Jamaica, Ghana and Ethiopia.
Following in the footsteps of Nelson Mandela it is his desire to open two Children’s Libraries this year to help create a better tomorrow for the children today. In order to do this he needs your help.
The 40 Foot Children’s Library we would like to bring to Jamaica will be created from the same Steel Shipping Container used to transport the books from Long Beach, California. Empowering the Community volunteers are needed to help construct the library and playground and Librarian Training Sessions will be given to ensure the sustainability of the project.
