In Solano County it has become abundantly clear that we, in our community are abrasively fighting a war against sexual abuse and human trafficking along with the rest of the world. We are not immune to this violence. I have made a commitment to stop child sexual abuse to the best of our ability. We are soldiers in any war where a human being is being manipulated or forced to do something, anything, they do NOT want to do.
