In 2014, Kayli Levitan and Max Pazak filled the gap between those who have to donate and people who are in need of certain items by opening a one day store on the streets of local communities all over the world. The Street Store makes it easier for the people who don’t have the funds to purchase particular items they are in need of to select items on hangers displayed in a dignified way. The Street Store is the first pop up store for the homeless that takes out the element of begging. Announcement of these special events are posted, blogged and tweeted on Social Media platforms as well as other traditional multi-media outlets. Donations are delivered the day of the store set up and the customers choose what they need and prefer by giving these people the opportunity to shop with dignity and respect and choose what they want with their own preferences.
I welcome anyone in my neighboring communities to call to action this great one day event. I will be apart of your team and contribute to this worthy and much needed cause.
