The privilege of Service

Service is a privilege not a right. Our society has become accustom to paying any amount of money to have someone do as they are told. Emphasizing on the money as the controller. The idea of people being bought has been debated for generations, maybe even proven to be so. Money though, does not buy respect or dignity. For example, being served at a restaurant is not a right just because you are paying money. It’s a privilege to have someone cater to you, a luxury that we have forgotten to appreciate. Service with humility is a constant lesson as well as receiving with humility. Entitlement takes away the value of the service.
