Solano County Miss Representation Community Project 2014 was made by Kristian R. Medina, an artistically amazing up and coming film maker born and raised in Mexico. I am proud of Kristian and his life work, as he is reaching into depths of people’s passions and drives to make a difference in this lifetime.
